Our History topic this half term is 1066! We will be starting our unit of work with an exciting memorable experience to immerse ourselves into the events of 1066. 

English:

We will be writing Tetractys poems, soliloquys and explanation texts.

Love to Read:

Our text this term will be Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.

Maths:

This half term we will be focusing on developing the children's knowledge in the following areas: place value; addition and subtraction; multiplication and division.

Science:

This half term, we will be looking at living things and their habitats. 

RE:

What do Christians learn from the Creation story?

What is the trinity? 

PE: 

Outdoor PE will be football this half term, learning lots of new skills. Indoor PE will be health related exercise, which will help us keep our bodies healthy!

MFL:

We will be learning French as our modern foreign language. Our focus for our weekly Forget-Me-Not-French sessions will be greetings and common phrases, whilst our MFL Day will focus on ‘All Around Town’.
