Our theme for Autumn 2 is Scrumdiddlyumptious! This will be a design and technology focused unit based around food technology and filled with exciting opportunities along the way. 

English: 

We will be looking at persuasive adverts, instructions and shape poetry.

Love to Read:

Our quality text this half term will be Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl.

Maths:

This half term we will be focusing on developing the children's knowledge in the following areas: place value; addition and subtraction; multiplication and division.

Science:

We will be looking at electricity using a range of different experiments. 

RE:

What does it mean to be a Sikh in Britain today?

This is our big question for RE which we will be able to answer by the end of the half term.

PE: 

Outdoor PE will be hockey this half term, learning lots of new skills! And indoor PE will be dance which will help us with our rhythm! PE days are Mondays and Thursdays.

MFL:

We will be learning French as our modern foreign language with a focus on 'all about me'.
